YSP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people. All staff hold enhanced DBS checks and complete annual safeguarding training. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) oversees all welfare matters.
We collect and process personal data only as required to deliver our services, in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We never share personal data with third parties without consent. Full privacy notice available on request.
YSP is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all young people regardless of age, disability, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic background. We actively remove barriers to participation.
We take all concerns and complaints seriously. If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing at info@youthsportspathway.co.uk. We will acknowledge within 3 working days and aim to resolve within 14 days. An escalation process is available if needed.
All YSP venues are risk assessed prior to every session. Coaches hold valid first aid certifications. Emergency action plans are in place at every site. Incident reports are completed and reviewed for any accidents or near-misses.
Our standard terms cover booking, cancellation, refunds, behaviour expectations and liability. By booking a YSP session or camp, you agree to our terms. Full terms available on request or provided at point of booking.
YSP holds all required accreditations for a youth sports provider operating in Sheffield, including approved HAF provider status with Sheffield City Council.
